The Bonfield tunic/shirt dress, created by artist Janet Tristram in our Dorset workshop, is based on a countryman’s shirt from the late 1800s.
This one-size garment, in a beautiful plain weave, medium weight Irish linen, is imbued with historical details: pleating, godets and patinaed metal buttons. It is French seamed with all interior parts gently hand-stitched.
Our tunic/shirt dress is Made to Order, and available in four intelligent colours: Grey (shown), Black, White and Tobacco. Bonfield’s block-printed plough emblem resides quietly within.
