Any problems?
We make every effort to ensure all our products don't leave Bonfield HQ until we're completely happy with the quality, workmanship and packaging. However, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify us (within 2 days of receiving the item/s) to arrange a return. Once the item has been received back (in the original, unused condition) a replacement or refund can be arranged - please be aware that the buyer pays the return postage. If returning an item, please include details of your name, address and telephone/e-mail contact.
Postage
Unless otherwise requested, we post on Monday and Wednesday mornings by First Class Royal Mail (signed for and trackable). Larger/heavier items go by courier.
We have a standard international rate.

We respect our customers' privacy and do not share or store any financial details (credit/debit card information) or share any personal details with third parties.
